For the confirmation of a reservation it is necessary:
- an advance payment of 30% of the total rental value within three (3) days of receiving the offer,
- submission of a copy of the personal document of the person who will be the holder of the reservation,
- and a telephone number to contact you.
Cancellation policy
- 16 or more days before the expected arrival: free of charge.
- up to 15 days before the expected arrival: 30 % of the reservation amount (charged in the amount of the deposit).
